Our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your Pink Stork product for any reason, contact our Customer Care team at cs@pinkstork.com within 60 days of your purchase to receive a full refund. No return required. We just want you to be happy.
How to start a refund or replacement
Email cs@pinkstork.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. A real person on our team will reply quickly. If we choose to send a replacement instead, we'll cover all shipping.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5 to 10 business days. If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, email us and we will help track it down.
Subscription orders
You can pause, skip, swap, or cancel any Subscribe + Save order at any time from your account dashboard at pinkstork.com/account/login. There are no fees and no commitments. If a subscription order shipped before you were able to manage it, contact us within 60 days for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect in any way, email cs@pinkstork.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace it or refund it right away.
