Customer Guarantee

Purchasing from Pink Stork is worry free, with one of the best return policies in the business! If our products do not meet your standards, let us know within 60 days of your purchase, and we’ll give you a full refund! Just email us at cs@pinkstork.com or use our “Contact Us” form with your proof of purchase.

A return is not required for refunds; however, if you’d like to return your product, we will send you the return label free of charge. Then, just pop your product in the mail, and we'll take care of the rest! At this time, we cannot accept opened product returns or international returns.

Replacements and Returns

We can accept back most unopened, unused, and not worn products back to our warehouse with no added cost to you!

To make a return, please make sure the product has not been opened or damaged, print out the label we sent you, and ship it back in the original packaging. If it has been opened, we will still refund you, but we can’t accept opened items. We instead encourage our customers to pass the product along to a neighbor, friend, or family member that may be able to benefit from it!

If, for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations, we are more than happy to give you a refund for the products you purchased! At this time, we are unable to make return shipping labels for locations outside of the U.S., so we cannot physically accept the product back after processing your refund. You are more than welcome to pass it along to someone else!

Shipping

We offer several shipping options for all U.S. packages. Shipping time is roughly 2-10 business days once it has been fulfilled at our warehouse.

You should have received an order confirmation email from the carrier with a tracking number that can be entered on their website to check the status of your package. If it is still in pre-shipment or has been in transit for a few days, please reach out to us at cs@pinkstork.com or via our Contact Us form, and provide us with your order number, so we can better assist you!

To ship our products within the U.S., we use the following shipping methods: USPS and UPS. There can be unexpected delays during the shipping process. If your package is caught in transit, please reach out to us at cs@pinkstork.com or via our Contact Us form, and provide us with your order number, so we can better assist you!

Subscriptions

Subscribe and save 25% on every order, with free shipping in the U.S. You can customize your products, frequency, and delivery address at any time through your Pink Stork account!

You can login on pinkstork.com; just click the little silhouette icon to the left of your shopping bag in the upper right corner of the page. (On mobile, go to the menu and click “Log in.”) Use the email address you provided for your subscription order. You can also sign in using the link cs@pinkstork.com emailed you. If you’re still having issues accessing your account, email us at CS@pinkstork.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

You can cancel your subscription by logging in, clicking “Manage Subscriptions,” and selecting the products you would like to cancel. Or you can reach out to us at CS@pinkstork.com, and we can help you out.

Yes! You can change your shipping address at any time. Click “Manage Subscriptions,” and then go to “Shipping Addresses.” You can add a new address, or change existing addresses. Just be sure to change your address back once you’re home, so your subscriptions come right to your door again!
