Can I take your No Flow Supplement while nursing/pumping?

We do not recommend continuing to nurse or pump while taking our No Flow Supplement as nursing/pumping will signal your body to produce more milk and work against the purpose of No Flow.

However, some women do use this product to reduce milk flow rather than to end their supply all together.

Can my baby drink the milk I produce while taking this?

We have many mothers who nurse and use the product without issue! As every mom and baby are unique, every situation will be different. We recommend speaking with your doctor about your personal needs as well.

How many do I take per day?

The recommended serving size for our No Flow is two capsules daily. You may take both capsules together or split the dose into two.
