How do I use this?
For best use, spray 1-3 pumps, and massage on soles of feet, arms, legs, and other areas of exposed skin for quick relief. Let it dry.

My spray bottle keeps clogging or won't spray. Is there a fix?
It is possible for the sprayer to get clogged from salt water build up. If you put warm water in a cup, take the sprayer off, and dip it in the hot water, you should be good to go!
The label doesn't specify purified or distilled or even filtered water, but instead says "water." What kind of water is this?
We use distilled water in our Mist.
