We do not recommend taking our Fertility Support while pregnant or nursing.

Can I open + empty the capsule into a drink or food?

Absolutely! You can customize your intake method to suit your needs + tastes. Some women may add to a beverage like a smoothie, while others stir into yogurt, applesauce, or whatever they prefer!

When should I start taking your Fertility Support?

You may start taking our Fertility Support whenever you’d like! We recommend taking this supplement daily throughout your entire cycle until you receive a positive pregnancy test. However, some women begin these products on the first day of their cycle and consume until ovulation occurs, or until a positive pregnancy test occurs. As each woman is unique, please be sure to speak with your care provider about your personal needs.

Will this mess up my regular cycle or throw off my period?

We do have women with regular cycles who only see positive changes with our Fertility Support. While our Fertility Support is not meant to interrupt your cycle, it is possible to see a change in your cycle/ovulation when you first begin the supplement due to the nature of the product. As each woman is unique, we do recommend speaking with your doctor to ensure this product is a good fit for you!

What is the difference between your Fertility Support and a prenatal vitamin?

Our Fertility Support is designed to support hormones, healthy cycles, and natural fertility for the purpose of conception. A prenatal vitamin is designed for use during pregnancy and has all the vitamins you and your baby need pre-delivery. A prenatal vitamin can also be taken while trying to conceive and as an everyday multivitamin.
