When should I start taking this?

We recommend using these products daily throughout your entire cycle until you receive a positive pregnancy test. However, some women begin these products on the first day of their cycle and consume until ovulation occurs, or until a positive pregnancy test occurs. As each woman is unique, please speak with your care provider about your personal needs.

Will this impact my cycle?
