What is the difference between the 3.6:1 blend and 40:1 blend?

Myo Chiro Inositol 3.6:1 contains 1100 mg of Myo-Inositol and 300 mg of D-Chiro-Inositol, whereas Myo Chiro Inositol 40:1 contains 2000 mg of Myo-Inositol and 50 mg of D-Chiro-Inositol.
