Lady’s Mantle

Lady’s Mantle is so named because women used to place the leaves upon their breasts to help them reshape after breastfeeding. It’s also known as Alchemilla or “little magical one” because alchemists believed it contained magical qualities (we think so, too).

Lady’s Mantle is high in salicylic acid, which acts as an anti-inflammatory, and it contains flavonoids and other tannins that act as powerful antioxidants to support cell health. It also has antihemorrhagic properties.

Lady’s Mantle increases progesterone, which helps regulate periods and supports ovulation. Similar to Red Raspberry Leaf, it also tones the uterus, and helps relieve menstrual cramps with salicylic acid and quercetin.

Want to try it out? You can find Lady’s Mantle in our Fertility Tea.
