At 6 months pregnant, Amy is looking & feeling great! She is enjoying food, has successfully moved her family to Florida, and is gearing up for Christmas. Keep reading to hear more from Amy!

What has been the best part of this month?

Eating. Everything just tastes so good! In my previous pregnancies, food wasn't so appetizing. But with this pregnancy I am enjoying the fact that I want to eat!

What has been the most challenging part of this month?

We have successfully completed 3 BIG moves in 3 weeks & that has been ... a lot! We moved to Florida, into a condo, and into a new office.  To say the least, that has been challenging & exhausting but we are settling into our new space just in time for Christmas!

What have you been craving?

I still walk around with a cup of ice in my hand all day - Thomas laughs at me! But I have also been carrying Away Bars in my purse. While I am not struggling with morning sickness, they are a yummy snack full of protein!

Do you have any go-to products?

All month, I have been loving the Burt Bee's Chapstick. It is like my lips have their own pregnancy craving! I am also obsessed with to Ogx Sparkling Cider Shampoo & Conditioner. This stuff smells amazing - too bad it is limited edition! I could use it all year around.  With all the holiday parties & events, I have been wearing my aromatherapy necklace a lot lately. It is a great accessory for any outfit! (And I have added some oil ,which continues to spread Christmas cheer with a peppermint scent!) Lastly, I am drinking about 3 cups of the Labor Prep Tea every day. So yummy!

Have you been following Amy's daily posts on Pink Stork's Instagram Stories? She posts a lot of behind the scenes content of Pink Stork & her life as a mama of 4 little ones. Plus, who wouldn't want to live vicariously through her videos at the beach?

XOXO!

10 Reasons You May Have a Low Milk Supply

Breastfeeding is a journey full of highs and lows. One of the lowest points a nursing mama can experience is an insufficient milk supply, or more often than not, it is a perceived insufficient milk supply. So what can you do to ensure your milk supply is in sync with your baby’s needs?

What is Postpartum and How Long Does it Last?

Although the postpartum phase is broken up into three distinct phases (not unlike your pregnancy) the length of each phase isn't quite as concrete. So what can you expect to experience as you enter into this final phase of pregnancy?

Early Signs of Pregnancy and When to Test

Pregnancy causes significant changes in your body over time, but in the early stages, those changes may be slight to nonexistent. With many women experiencing inconsistent cycles due to stress, medications, PCOS, or other underlying health problems, the first thought doesn’t always land on “I’m pregnant!” So what are some of the early signs of pregnancy? When should you take a test? And when should you consult a doctor?
