How long should I use the Postpartum Regimen? When should I stop using these products?

The Postpartum Regimen is recommended for use for one year after delivery. You can continue to take this regimen for as long as you like or you can switch your routine and begin taking the General Wellness Regimen after one year postpartum. If you conceive again, we recommend switching to the Pregnancy Regimen as the Postpartum Probiotic is not recommended during pregnancy.

What time of day is best to take these?

Whatever fits in best with your daily routine! You can take these all together, or separately, day or night. We recommend taking these supplements with food.
