If you're thinking of taking a fertility product, you probably want someone to answer those big questions. To help out a little, we’ve put together a brief list of frequently asked questions so we can break them down for you! As always, we recommend talking with your healthcare provider, as they will be able to better advise your personal situation!

How do I find the best product for me?

Our PS advocates are here to help you! You can get in contact by sending us a DM on Instagram, calling, texting, or emailing us! Let us know more about you, and we can help narrow down what products will fit best in your routine.

When do I stop taking Fertility Tea?

We recommend consuming our Fertility Tea throughout your entire cycle until you get a positive pregnancy test. Once you’ve received a confirmed positive, we suggest discontinuing use, as the tea has accomplished its goal and is no longer necessary to drink. Some women choose to stop drinking it during their two week wait between suspected conception and a positive pregnancy test. Every woman's body is unique, so there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to supplements, herbs, and vitamins. We always recommend reaching out to your care provider to confirm what makes the most sense for you and your health!

Can I take multiple fertility products together?

Many women take a variety of products at the same time (Fertility Tea, Fertility Sweets, Fertility Support, Fertility Gummies, and Myo/Chiro Inositol) with great results. Our products are formulated to allow you to build a wellness routine that works for you! Check in with your care provider when starting a new regimen to make sure it makes sense for you and your health.

I just bought all these products, at what point during the day can I take them?

When and where you take your products is completely up to you and what works best for your routine! However, we like to recommend taking the supplements after a full meal. Our tea brews two cups in one tea sachet, so you can enjoy two cups back to back, or one in the morning and one in the evening. If you feel it’s not settling well, we recommend spreading out your intake. If you ever have concerns about the amount, please consult your physician.

Should I wait to start these products until my new cycle starts?

We typically recommend starting our fertility products when you’re ready to consistently consume them! Many women do start immediately, whereas some feel more comfortable starting as soon as their new cycle comes around. We suggest taking products for at least 30-90 days to see how your body responds, as herbs and vitamins can affect every woman’s body differently.

We understand this can be a difficult time, and we’re here for you no matter what questions or concerns you may have.
