How do I take this regimen?

Best Use Instructions: Take two (2) Total Prenatal + DHA capsules and one (1) Prenatal Probiotic capsule once daily with food or water. Take one (1) scoop of Total Monolaurin three (3) times daily. Place Monolaurin pellets directly in mouth, do not chew, and swallow with a cool beverage.

How long should I use the Pregnancy Regimen? When should I stop using these products?

The Pregnancy Regimen is recommended for use during your entire pregnancy. You can use all products in this regimen at any time throughout the trying to conceive stage, pregnancy and beyond.
