How do I take this regimen?

Best Use Instructions: Take one (1) Women’s Total Multi capsule and one (1) Women’s Health Probiotic capsule once daily with food or water. Take one (1) scoop of Total Monolaurin three (3) times daily. Place Monolaurin pellets directly in mouth, do not chew, and swallow with a cool beverage.

The General Wellness Regimen can be used for any stage of life. You can continue to take this regimen for as long as you like. If you conceive again, we recommend switching to the Pregnancy Regimen to support all of your pregnancy needs.
