Amy Suzanne's Story

Meet Amy Suzanne, the founder and CEO of Pink Stork, a company driven by faith in God and dedicated to empowering women. Amy Suzanne's journey is a remarkable testament to the transformative power of faith, resilience, and unwavering determination.

Amy Suzanne's story began with a devastating diagnosis that could have easily crushed her spirit. Despite being told she probably would never conceive and given just 24 hours to live, Amy Suzanne refused to surrender to despair.

During her first pregnancy Amy contracted a severe blood infection from an IV line while in the hospital for complications from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. She was given 24 hours to live, but miraculously both she and her baby pushed through. Less than 2% of women suffer from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is a condition that causes severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss, and electrolyte disturbance.

Amy continued to struggle with debilitating Hyperemesis Gravidarum through her next two pregnancies, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It wasn’t until she began working with doctors, her mom (who was a registered nurse), and other professionals to develop a holistic path forward that she started to find relief from her Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

Now, Amy is a mother to six beautiful children, including Maximilian, who has Down syndrome. Through her challenging pregnancies, Amy Suzanne experienced firsthand the need for a supportive community that focuses on wellness during motherhood. Motivated by her own journey, she founded Pink Stork with a mission to provide hope and make a positive impact in the world. From offering the highest quality supplements to providing mentorship programs and engaging in charitable work, Pink Stork serves as a source of support and inspiration for women seeking wellness on their journey through motherhood.

Amy Suzanne's story serves as a powerful reminder that with faith, resilience, and a supportive community, there is always hope, even in the darkest of times. Her unwavering determination to overcome obstacles and empower others is a testament to the transformative power of faith in God and the boundless possibilities that arise when we refuse to give up.

Women Supporting Women

As a working mother myself, I deeply understand the multifaceted challenges that women encounter while juggling career aspirations and the demands of motherhood. That's why I am passionate about creating an environment that empowers women to excel both personally and professionally. At our company, we prioritize flexibility in work arrangements, encouraging employees to tailor their schedules to best accommodate their family needs.

We believe in providing practical solutions to support working moms, such as offering the option to bring their babies to work. We have dedicated areas within our office specifically designed to accommodate children, ensuring that mothers can nurture their careers while also being present for their little ones. By fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, we aim to break down barriers and enable women to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Advocating for All Abilities

Welcoming my sixth child, Maximilian, who was born with Down Syndrome, transformed my perspective on what inclusivity means. Maximilian's presence showed me the beauty of embracing diversity and offering equal opportunities to all individuals, regardless of ability. Instead of seeing Maximilian's diagnosis as a limitation, I embraced it as a sacred blessing, discovering immense purpose and joy.

Maximilian's journey inspired me to become a champion for people with Down Syndrome and inclusivity in the world and the workplace. I am committed to ensuring that individuals of all abilities have access to the same opportunities to utilize their talents and thrive. By fostering an environment where everyone is valued and supported, we create a culture of belonging where every individual can contribute and grow.

We actively partner with disability advocacy organizations or community groups to gain insights, resources, and support for creating a more inclusive workplace environment. We provide equal access to career development opportunities, training programs, and advancement pathways for employees with disabilities, ensuring that they have opportunities to grow and progress in their careers. We prioritize ensuring that all communication, including written materials, presentations, and digital content, is accessible to employees with disabilities, such as providing alternative formats or using assistive technologies.

At the heart of our commitment to inclusivity lies my faith in God and the belief that everyone is created equal. This foundational principle guides our efforts to create a workplace where diversity is celebrated, talents are nurtured, and all individuals are empowered to reach their fullest potential, regardless of their background or abilities.

We Giveback

At Pink Stork, our mission extends beyond products; it's about creating positive change through philanthropy, volunteering, and product donations. Eagerly, we allocate a portion of our profits to charities and nonprofits that concentrate on improving health, nutrition, and the overall well-being of women and families in need. Along with this, we also donate products to women's shelters, hospitals, or other organizations serving women in need.
