How do I take this regimen?

Best Use Instructions: Take two (2) Total Prenatal + DHA capsules and one (1) Fertility Probiotic capsule once daily with food or water. Take one (1) scoop of Total Monolaurin three (3) times daily. Place Monolaurin pellets directly in mouth, do not chew, and swallow with a cool beverage.

How long should I use the TTC Regimen? When should I stop using these products?

The TTC Regimen is recommended for use while trying to conceive and should be used until receiving a positive pregnancy test. Fertility Probiotic is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Total Prenatal + DHA and Total Monolaurin can be used throughout the trying to conceive stage, pregnancy and beyond. We recommend that you switch your routine and begin taking the Pregnancy Regimen once you conceive.

Can the TTC Regimen be combined with other Pink Stork products or supplements to address additional concerns?

Our TTC Regimen can be taken along with other Pink Stork supplements, as our products are designed to work together for full-body care. We recommend checking in with your doctor when starting a new regimen to ensure all your health needs are being met.

Can I open + empty the capsules into a drink or food?

Absolutely! You can customize your intake method with your capsules to suit your needs + tastes. Some women may add to a beverage like a smoothie, while others stir into yogurt, applesauce, or whatever they prefer! We do not recommend adding Monolaurin to a beverage or food.

What time of day is best to take these?

Whatever fits in best with your daily routine! You can take these all together, or separately, day or night. We recommend taking these supplements with food.
