Not a morning person or always on the go? Overnight oats could be your new bestie. They’re all the rage and with good reason: They’re easy to make, satisfying, and packed with key nutrients to support your immunity and wellness! Try this sweet, filling, and healthy recipe for Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats.

What you will need:

½ cup of old fashioned oats - Oats give you a great dose of antioxidants and fiber. They’re a well-balanced option when it comes to nutrition as they promote gut health, help fight cell damage, and keep cholesterol low, which ALL contribute to your overall wellness.

½ cup of almond milk - Almond milk gives the oats a nice consistency while being an excellent source of calcium. Calcium helps keep bones strong and also keeps our nerve cells functioning properly!

1 tsp of honey - Use honey to sweeten and add antioxidants to your breakfast! Antioxidants are powerhouses that keep your cells healthy and happy, plus they fight off cell damage.

¼ cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt - Greek yogurt adds a dose of calcium and probiotics, which keep your gut healthy. At Pink Stork, we know how important gut health is to overall wellness!

½ tbsp of chia seeds - Chia seeds add fiber and a satisfying crunchy texture. Fiber helps maintain heart health and keep your digestive system healthy!

¼ cup of sliced strawberries - Strawberries add that PINK we love, and they’re filled with fiber, potassium, manganese, and vitamin C. Vitamin C helps support immunity and keep you healthy!

Pink Stork Piña Colada Collagen Powder (optional) - Formulated with Vitamin A and Iron, our Collagen Powder helps you maintain a healthy weight, and your hair, skin, and nails grow. Add it to your oats for additional, delicious wellness!
