What you’ll need:

Chopped Cucumber - one - Cucumbers are great for hydration (especially if you’ve been downing White Claws by the pool). They also support weight loss, reduced blood sugar levels, and healthy bowel movements.

Fresh Mint Leaves - ten - Mint contains Vitamin A, which supports your eye health, and antioxidants, which protect your body from cell damage. Plus, Mint helps with indigestion.

Unpeeled + Cut Limes - two - Limes contain antioxidants and are high in Vitamin C, which supports a healthy immune system and your body’s ability to produce collagen (Hello, glowing skin)!

Lemongrass Paste - 1 tbsp - Lemongrass contains quercetin, which reduces inflammation in the body. It has also been shown to help remove harmful bacteria from the gut.

Honey - ⅓ cup - Honey contains antioxidants, enzymes, and minerals, plus (it goes without saying) it’s delicious.

How to make:

Throw two cups of water and the rest of the ingredients into your blender. Set two cups of water aside to use later. Blend! Use a mesh strainer to remove the pulp, and pour into a pitcher.
