Who said that taking vitamins can’t be fun?!? Get your daily vitamins in this delicious and tropical treat! This recipe is vegan, dairy-free, and made with just a few simple ingredients. Take a shot at making your own Pina Colada Collagen Smoothie Bowl!


What you will need: 

  • 1 scoop of Pink Stork Collagen: Our Pina Colada flavored Collagen Powder is designed for healthy hair, skin, and nail growth, as well as weight loss. It is formulated with Vitamin A, Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen, and Iron.
  • 1 cup of Pineapple: Frozen pineapple is the main ingredient! It provides a sweet flavor and provides additional vitamins such as vitamin C, A, B6, and K. 
  • ¼ cup of Coconut: For this you can either use frozen coconut chunks or shredded coconut flakes! Coconut includes minerals like iron, magnesium, and selenium.
  • 1 Frozen Banana: The banana gives the smoothie it’s thick and creamy consistency. They are rich in potassium and magnesium. 
  • 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup: An all-natural sweetener! If you don’t have any syrup you can use agave or honey. 
  • ½ cup of Coconut Milk: This will create the creamy and coconutty taste. You could also use almond milk or coconut water.

    How to make:

    • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. 
    • Blend until the ingredients are smooth and creamy. Add more liquid as needed depending on the consistency you are looking for. 
    • Add the smoothie to a bowl. Add your favorite toppings such as granola, coconut flakes, fresh pineapple, and sliced banana.
