Pink Stork's Brand Ambassador program was started to create a community of women that will inspire hope and positively impact women everywhere. Take a look at one of our Brand Ambassadors that went above and beyond this month!

Where are you from?

Hi everyone! I was proudly born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL. I worked in the city for several years after college and lived the “single girl apartment life” in the Bucktown neighborhood. However, I had reached the been there/done that point in my life when I reconnected with my college co-worker and now husband, Tod. I moved to Auburn, AL, where he lived, and we’ve been married since 2016.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Clancy and I wake up each morning to play with his musical seahorse, rainstick and other toys while listening to the Disney movies playlist on Spotify! We’re about ready to graduate to tummy time this week!

I’ve always been a fan of reading self-development books and am currently reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. My favorite book would have to be “It’s Not Supposed to Be This Way” by Lysa Terkeurst. It brought me comfort and tears during my years of infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. I highly recommend reading any of her books!

Another pastime includes working on my Pinterest meals bucket list. Who doesn’t love an easy and affordable crockpot recipe?!

What is your favorite Pink Stork product?

I love the Pina Colada Collagen! I’ve used collagen for 5+ years and love this “staple” of a product. I used it throughout pregnancy and postpartum as well. If you’re craving a tasty twist on this delish drink, check out the Pina Collagen Pink Drink I recently shared on my Megan Meisner Fitness Instagram page.

Why did you become a Pink Stork brand ambassador?

I began using Pink Stork products in September 2019. It was about a year after our 3rd miscarriage and I was feeling extremely discouraged. While we quickly became pregnant again (as in the following month!!), that too resulted in miscarriage. We stayed faithful and persistent, exploring all of the Pink Stork options and adding the His/Hers Fertility Support tablets to my regime of Fertility Tea and Pink Stork Prenatals. A few months later, in March 2020, we received our positive test! It was our 5th pregnancy and resulted in the birth of our baby boy, Clancy Douglass Meisner, born on 11/19/20.

I was eager to discover not only these products, but a team of individuals who cared about your personal well being and story. The emails and Instagram DMs I exchanged with the Pink Stork team gave me hope. When it comes to infertility, there is a plethora of resources and information - most of them with a pretty high price tag. I took peace in the fact that I could spend a reasonable amount of money on high quality products and that something as simple as sipping tea felt like a step in the right direction.

Becoming an Ambassador has given me the opportunity to share my love for these amazing products and to provide others with a story of hope.

What can other women in Faithfully Female connect with you about?

Anything! I love connecting with likeminded women. Having experienced the troubles I did while trying to conceive, my motto is “faith over fear.” This daily mantra helped me to stay hopeful prior to my positive test and to enjoy my pregnancy rather than giving in to the worry.

While I don’t have any “magical tips” for how we finally brought our rainbow baby Clancy into this world after 4 miscarriages, I’m happy to share what worked for me and the tests we went through. I’ve learned that by hearing others stories, you’re able to ask the right questions and experiment with your own lifestyle changes. Whether you’ve experienced one miscarriage, four or more…it never gets easier and I’m here to hear your story and give you hope.

Another “fun fact” about me is that I’m a stepmom! Being part of a blended family brings its share of joys and struggles. I overcame some emotional challenges, knowing my husband already had a child while I didn’t. We weren’t going through the “same” experience and at times that was bothersome. It brings me so much joy now to see the boys together and know that I’ve given my stepson a baby brother. My husband always said “I just want to make you a mom” and now he has!

I’m always happy to share fitness and nutrition tips as well! As a certified personal trainer, I used to live at the gym and sweat for that six-pack…now I embrace balance and moderation, working out at home and going on family walks. Having a child encourages you to reprioritize your life and Clancy has been the breath of fresh air that I needed. I’m happy to share advice and I also offer online training options. As moms, it’s important that we set an example for our children. Our health and happiness will provide the foundation for their future.
